Quick Setup Guide:

Login to My Groov:

As the Groov Administrator and Microsoft Global Administrator, navigate to My Groov admin portal https://admin.groovnow.com/

Enter your Groov Administrator credentials to log in.

Access Settings:

Click on the 'Settings' tab located in the top right corner of the Admin Portal dashboard.

Initiate Installation:

Click the “Add to Teams” button. A modal titled 'Install Groov Anywhere' will appear.

In this modal, click the “Add to Teams” button again to proceed.

Microsoft Account Login:
-
Log in with your Microsoft Global Administrator credentials in the new window that opens. Ensure this is the account where you intend to install Groov Anywhere.

Consent to Permissions:
-
On the permissions requested screen, review the requested permissions.

To proceed, tick the consent checkbox and click “Accept”.

Complete the Installation:
-
After clicking “Accept”, please wait for the installation process to complete. This may take a few minutes.

Post-Setup
-
Once set up, every member of your workspace will automatically receive a welcome message.

All members are automatically enrolled in the Recharge and Check-In features.

No additional action is required from your employees.

Recharge nudges are scheduled for 10:50 AM and 2:50 PM.

Check-In nudges are set for 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Adding EAP Service Providers
-
In the Settings tab, select "Add EAP Service".

After adding an EAP provider, employees selecting "not good" during their daily check-in will receive the contact information for the EAP service you set up in the admin portal.

Notification on Sharing: When a team member opts to share their check-in score with you, you'll receive a notification.
-
Alert for 'Not Good' Check-Ins: If a team member who has chosen to share their check-in score with you checks in as "not good," you will be immediately notified.

Daily Summary: At the end of each workday, you will receive a summary of all check-in scores shared with you by your team members.
